Account Representatives:
· Experienced masters of interiorscape design and customer service
Plant Care Technicians:
· Extensive knowledge of interior plant needs, environmental effects, insect and disease identification and control.
· Periodic testing assures that our Techs continue to perform at the highest standard.
· Plants, containers, top dressings and watering needs are performed each week on the same day, not 10 days or 2 weeks apart.
· Techs report plant needs and problems on a daily basis so that they may be addressed or replacements made within one week.
Supervisors:
· A supervisor will evaluate your account on an ongoing basis and will be available to meet with you at your request.
· Supervisors meet with Techs to discuss the evaluations and make any needed changes.
